Is it possible we may have forgotten to give the Losers permissions to see this forum? It would explain why no one has shown up yet.

Good to see you hanging around though. Time to spill your after-thoughts, who are you rooting for / against? Would you like to see a Tamanaco win it or fuck them icon_razz

Note this is not a confessional, future pre-jurors will see it when they arrive. Plus at some point we'll mix you in with the Alumni audience who've been watching things take shape.

This isn't pretty, but it might help you attach some reasoning to your boot;

Although note she only posted that after you left, so make of that what you will.

You're right, that's not pretty! LOL

I figured that may have been the case, however, I told her EVERY move that I made, I wasn't making alliances with everyone!!! She WAS my number one. And I showed her that whole PM I typed up to Lex showing how it was me, her, Lindsey, and Clarence. I don't know where she got the idea that I was getting alliances with everyone though! I never told anyone else they were my number 1!

Here's my thoughts on how things played out. I wasn't intending to play the game this aggressively so early. You can go back and read in my confessionals where I was just blown away by having to get so strategic this early. I was expecting to go in and enjoy my tribe and not have to make any big moves at first. I just wanted to chill. I did know that I wanted to nail down a good three person alliance from the get go though, and I did so with Mama Kim and Tom. And I figured oh we also need numbers in case we go to tribal. So I just started reaching out to people and being friendly. Since Frank, Linda and Kim P would never respond to any of my emails I got along with Clarence and Lindsey the most, so I figured they would make up our 5 (the majority). There were three parts to my downfall as I see it.

First, Tom comes along and says the other three were talking to each other and I kinda freaked at first. I mean I shouldn't have because it's not like I wasn't doing the same thing with him and Mama. But it was the fact that none of those three would even reply to any of my messages about small talk! I figured "oh they don't want to be friends even, let alone in alliance! they'll be problems later." And Tom told me Linda was playing really aggressively, seeking out everyone and I thought that she was probably the one who needed to go.

Second, Kim P sent me a PM after having hardly said anything to me the whole game. It felt like it was out of the blue. She said she had grown tired of her alliance of Linda and Frank and wanted to align with me. Well obviously since she hadn't messaged me the whole game, it seemed fishy. I didn't buy it one bit. I told Mama that she had contacted me and said all this, and I told everyone else in my alliance too, except Big Tom but that's because this kinda overlapped with the third part. So I figured at this point if Kim P was gonna play me, I would play her. I contacted both her and Linda and told them I wanted to join with them, just to get them off the trail. I figured they sent Kim P out to sniff around for info. And the thing is, I told Mama Kim all of this!!! Where was her doubt???

Third, Mama Kim mentioned to me that apparently Tom had been talking to Frank A LOT. Well I assumed that he was only going back to them and repeating everything we were talking about. I figured we were split 4 and 4. Again, way too much strategy that early!! Lex obviously was an asset. I was completely honest with him about everything, and from what others had told me. That's what irks me the most! I was going off of what other people had been saying! Not my own gut! I mean my gut told me something was up with the other three not responding to me, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until Tom started planting things in my head! And the same with Tom until Mama Kim's said he was talking to Frank.

I can understand how Mama Kim was annoyed with me the whole game, but if she reads this, I was annoyed myself!!! I thought we could play the game as a strong tribe at first but then I started believing everything people in my alliance were telling me, so I went into survival mode. Kill or be killed.

If I get to play again, I'm definitely gonna dial it down on the strategy. Let somebody else make all the hard decisions and coast for a while. I played the game honestly and to my alliance I was completely loyal unless I felt they were about to screw me over, like with Big Tom. I was definitely too trusting because it turns out even my alliance was lying to me. I can't blame my tribe for not knowing what was going on, I mean they aren't able to see my confessionals. So I don't harbor any ill will....at least not too much ;)
I still would like to see one of my alliance members win the game: Mama Kim, Tom, Clarence, Lindsey, or even Lex even though I didn't get to know him. But not Frank, Kim P or Linda, especially after those Tribal Council comments, how cruel!

Wow, this is much longer than I meant for it to be, but hopefully you'll get some good info out of it for fanfic :)

You were kinda glorious in your short run. You scrambled like hell. But it was maybe, you only got in trouble for scrambling so much? Less scrambling and you might have been safer. It's hard to even say.

Was this your first time playing, and did you enjoy it, short as it was?

Thanks! I thought I was having to do waaaaay too much scrambling that soon. It was my first time playing and I really enjoyed the little bit I did get to play. If I got the chance to play again I think I've learned not to listen to everything you hear, even from those you trust. I set out to try and prove this game could be played completely 100% honorably and I think I veered from that when I started listening to everything coming my way. If I ever get to play again, you can rest assured there will be a lot less scrambling from this old gal.

So, are you able to answer for me the deal with the Hidden Immunity Idol? Were Mama Kim and Tom screwing with me after having already found it?

Mamma kim gave you fake idol clues and laughed about it to the rest of her alliacne that they formed really early on... they were kind of bitches about the whole thing to be honest... Kind of got uncomfortable to watch how they treated you, but I have a feeling it will bite them in the ass very soon.

Karma is almost immediate in Stranded.

I figured after a while. That's a dick move if you ask me. I think sooner than later they're gonna wish they'd kept someone as loyal and honest as me. I would never turn on anyone until I felt they had turned on me. That kinda makes me change my mind about who I want to win. Who was in her alliance?

I'll let them tell you when they get here, which I would not be surprised if it's sooner rather than later. But you and Big Tom were pretty much outsiders and it was pretty cruel how they treated you guys. Unfair if you ask me.

Wow! Sounds like I was more on the outs than I thought! I definitely thought if anything that Tom was the one running around behind people's backs! If I'm gonna be honest though, I think it's funny that I was planted on the outside. I may have been gullible, but there's no denying that my strategy was lacking. Frank's recent suggestion about the swap is exactly what I was going to tell to Mama Kim had I made it through last night. Maybe Frank and I aren't as different as he thinks.

Keep your head up, Diane! In my first game, our tribe leader told me that because he was the leader, he got to give a clue to someone on the other tribe each round, and I believed him! Then he made me feel like his number one, when I was really on the bottom. We booted an inactive after our first loss (at the second TC) and then we got swapped and I ended up on the other tribe! So I compared notes with the other tribe's leader, and found out that it was all a lie! And then a few rounds later the guy that lied to me got blindsided before the merge while I went on to bigger and better things!

So yeah, everyone gets chumped once in a while, so don't feel bad! Plus, even if you think you'll be bitter, you'll eventually get over it, because I'm really great friends with this guy now!

Head stays up!! icon_biggrin
It does kinda hurt now finding out that these people lied and were a little malicious towards me, even if I only knew them for 7 days. But there's no use in staying bitter too long. There are some things I'd like to say to my tribe, in particular Mama Kim icon_censored but I guess I'll just have to wait and revel in their downfall as they get sent here one by one. What goes around comes around.....

Ok so it's fun to go back and look at all the Mariche posts. It's funny that they were trying to convince us that on that first challenge they had the puzzle done way before us. We actually beat them by 16 minutes!!! They completed their puzzle at 10:21 and we had the final image by 10:05! Trying to make us look bad.......

Well shit Diane, we got played. I talked to Frank maybe 2 times, congratulating him about the challenge and asking about the vote. He said that it wasent me but he wouldnt say who it was, So i thought i was getting blindsided. Later Lindsey told me you were going and everyone was down with it, So i figured maybe if i voted you i could gain some favor with them. My game plan was fucked when the first Lex left, he was defiantly my #1 ally

LOL why was HE your number one? You said you wanted a final 3 with me and Mama Kim! We definitely both got played big time. I think the thing that pisses me off the most though is the HII clues. I wasted 4 hours of my life that night *sigh*
