Oh no, I could easily be surprised. It could very likely be myself going home! Like Tom said, it's never a good thing to feel safe. Maybe I did jinx myself icon_horror

Jeff Probst wrote:Im amazed at how relaxed this tribe is being... you just lost a challenge, you're only 1 up in numbers from Mariche now, and anything can happen in this game. Maybe you aren't all in danger during this council, but if things continue the way they are you will all be vulnerable very soon.

What's worth getting all up in arms and panicky about? Stressing ourselves out is hardly going to help us be successful. And "only 1 up in numbers" is still up in numbers no matter how you phrase it. Yes, anything can happen, but what do you want us to do, declare the appocalypse after we lost once?

I'm pretty sure the only reason we lost was because a few of us weren't online/couldn't be, so we weren't all here in full force.

So let me get this straight. Nobody is seriously worried about leaving tonight?

Apparently! I can't tell if this post sounds shocked or annoyed. Either way, it means we're in for a blindside tonight. It could be me!

This is stranded, blindsides happen more often than I change my underwear, which I do daily btw :P, and if you're not planning one, it's probably being planned for you.

Of course. This is a tribe full of proactive players. The Tamanaco tribe doesn't sit down and just ~accept~ their fate. In fact, the fact that no one seems to be *too* worried should say something about how allegiances have already developed.

Yes, I wasn't here tonight. I'll admit it. :) Sometimes you just can't be, and we'll all have a moment like that at some point. It's just a matter of whether or not the tribe is forgiving enough.

I'm not saying that having me would have let us win, but it would have given us another person to help in the challenge. I would definitely take some of the blame for tonight. But I believe my team is understanding enough to know things happen.

Just curious where were you? Everyone else who didn't turn up said beforehand why they wouldn't be here...

Not really. I think they knew they could before. They lost the second challenge on a literal 2 second mistake. If you can't tell, this loss hasn't taken too much out of us, which is what's really key. We have to stay positive if we want to continue winning.
