I was actually thinking, with the tribe leader format and them having immunity until the merge, it seems really doubtful there would be a tribe shuffle. Just because you could theoretically end up with two immune players on one tribe. Unless both new tribes had to re-vote on a leader.

Or the leaders have to pick the new tribes? That keeps the leaders on the same tribe.
