...And then there's Linda. I feel that's how Linda should always be described. She went through the gamut of playing styles in this game... from follower, to leader, to under the radar, to over the top. She also went through the gamut of emotions. One Tribal Council she would be poking fun at the game and the hosts, being utterly disrespectful to the player who was about to get voted off (which i think at the time was Diane)... to the next Council being a complete basket case of emotions after she had lost it for her tribe (the General boot). She went from UTR follower of Sean with Lex to flipping alliances and dictating who went home. Ultimately what I loved about Linda was that she was so genuine in her mood swings. She was on a roller coaster and we were along for the ride and I loved every second of it. To her benefit she wasn't as unpredictable as Sarah, although I actually think it would have worked out better for her if she was. Maybe next game she should take that as some advice. If you're going to be emotionally available and unpredictable, then make sure your votes go accordingly and you're willing to vote off/work with anyone.

Linda has mentioned she's not looking forward to exploring the board which is a good indicator of how self-aware Linda can be, because yes, there are some parts of the board where you're gonna be less than pleased. One particular avatar mock-up in the LL springs to mind :/ Buuut I hope you do all the same. Because otherwise you'll miss out on the praise scattered about the place. Your early game was well worth the watch. And while I think you lost thr un of yourself a little around the merge, you spotted it happening, and at least tried to compensate for that. You might not have been so successful, but the struggle itself is half the point. 18 fully capable and calm and collected players does not a good cast make.. I think Mia & Jeff have covered just how fun it was to see your reactions to any given vote or situation already, and tbh, it's 3am here I need to wrap this up But I can't not mention just how much you rocked the heck out of the Final Tribal council. We had a particularly divided Jury this year, and before FTC all the discussion was about whether Gabe or Lindsey deserved it more, and people were writing off your game and forgetting about you. Even the one vote I hoped you might get to reward your game, was Clarence doing it for the lols of causing a tiebreaker it seemed.

But then you absolutely killed that FTC. Even though MamaK spoilered in the very first question that nobody cared for your game you fought like hell and were eloquent and made sense, and ended up just one (Lindsey) voter away from winning the whole damn thing. You made Clarence feel good about voting you. You done good here Linda. You were fun to watch along the way, and you were the surprise act that stole the show at FTC. I can ask for no more than that.

Linda baby! Linda was my favorite right from the start, and honestly, I can't really describe why. At the start of the game, her confessionals were hilarious. She was rude, nice, laughable... and then emotional, a huge mess, and couldn't count for shit. I LOVE seeing players play with such emotion. Linda was just so all over the place, and I've honestly seen nothing like it! Like Jeff said, Linda was just so REAL, and that's so rare to see in these things because people just don't let themselves show through very much. Hopefully real Linda isn't TOO much like this, or else I would fear for her friends, but she sure was great here, so I can't complain! I'm not sure if Linda chose her "goat" strategy, of if the "goat" strategy chose her, but by the time the FTC rolled around, she was here to rock it, and it ALMOST got her the win. If the vote had tied, Gabe's winner vote was for Linda, which would have made Linda the winner of Stranded 19! Pretty freaking impressive for a player that was labeled as an easy to beat goat for over half of the game. Linda was a great character, and Linda will be remembered. Gold star!

OMG. I bet you were the last person to think you were even getting votes at the finale but your answers were amazing and it shows. It was so funny to see it start from you having one vote aimed at creating a tie to getting almost enough votes to win this game! Whatever you do, DON'T BREAK DOWN AGAIN! Actually, I think we need to remane that emoticon to icon_linda for the amount of times you were using it. Hold your head up high because you did so much better than you gave yourself credit for.
