Big Tom was really a likable guy, he and Diane's friendship and alienation from the tribe was a big part of the first half of this season. Ultimately I was happy he went early only because he was too reliant on playing UTR. I think maybe given another chance he would step it up and not play so in the shadows. Another thing that really hurt Big Tom and Diane's game was the fact that Lex had the unfortunate news of his brother dying. I think had Lex continued to play, he would have really utilized his relationship with Diane and Big Tom and the game on Tamanaco would be totally different.

NGL BT, you were kinda clueless in this game. That's not to say you didn't have plans. That oh-so-subtle attempt to find an ally in Gabe when the rest of your tribe were hating on him, your endless chasing of the idols, an early and seemingly strong alliance with OrigiLex. It's a crying shame then, how Lex got replaced, the clues you were fed were fake, and you never made merge or even the shuffle to see where you and Gabe mighta ended up. Clueless, but adorably so, and just couldn't seem to catch a break here

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of say here. Big Tom was really sweet and genuine, and he definitely made a great Big Tom... to an extent. Ultimately, I think that Big Tom was out of his league here, for for the games sake, I can't say I was disappointed to see him go so early. But really though, it's rare to see such a calm, reserved, and loyal player in these things, so mad respect to that.

An interesting not in a sense that I don't think you were ingrained in the game as much as the more hardcore players were and that may have lead to your downfall. As I said with Diane, I haven't been too familiar with the Tamanaco dynamics and everything but you seemed an alright guy. Hopefully someone gets on to you to return and stick around, watch a few of the upcoming seasons and whatnot.
