Hi guys! :) Ah, I'm so happy to be here! Sorry I'm a little later than 8, I was out at dinner and a movie.

Anyways, I'd rather not lead but I'm ready and willing to be a team player for anyone who wants to take on the responsibility.

Hello everyone! Sorry for being a bit late! I personally prefer not to lead but I will 100% support anyone who does. I don't want that person to feel like an easy scapegoat. We are a team first and foremost!

I nominate Kim J. She's the only one so far who is willing. Might as well not waste time. :)

That's fine with me. Just thought I'd go ahead and nominate someone. If someone else steps up that's great!

Yea, nobody should feel afraid that if they step up they're going to automatically be held responsible for a loss.

I don't think any of us should be scared to be leader. I doubt anyone here will bear a grudge towards the person who does end up to be said leader. I do fully support Kim as leader, not because I am avoiding the position, but because she had the courage to step up first. :)
