Episode 01

Hello, I'm Mia Galeotalanza from Stranded in Costa Rica!

You'll be seeing a lot of me here, but you'll also see some of the other hosts, Jeff, Brenda, Carl, Penny, Kim, and Holly around as well! My main focus here will be on the Tamanaco Tribe, so talk to me! Most of us are all-stars of the series who have been through it all, so if you have any questions about how the game is played, feel free to PM us and we'll do our best to answer - that's why we are here. Other than that, our duties will basically be to interview you in your confessional here, trying to get into your head and get some insight as to why you may be making certain moves. We will also be handling challenges, tribal council, and tribal council questioning.

Each round, we'll start by asking some introductory questions, and I just want to ask that you answer in complete statements. Oftentimes, we'll turn the seasons into fanfics using these stories, and we will be actively blogging on each episode, and it's easier to do so if we have real quotes and complete thoughts as opposed to simple yes or no answers. We hope you keep up with your confessionals daily during the week as a way to vent and discuss the events of that day. Just try your best to give us insight into what you're thinking or planning as the game progresses, and right now, as we're about to embark. You'll appreciate being able to go back after the show and really see where your head was at certain points in the game, and so will your fellow cast mates!

How confident are you going into this game that you will win?

What are your opinions of your fellow tribemates?

What is your strategy and approach to the game?

How do you feel the rep of Kim P fits you? Will you adjust your game to fit the rep, or just play as you would regardless?

What are your thoughts on the upcoming "leader" vote? Is this position something you find yourself interested in, or is leadership not for you? What do you make of who will eventually become leader?

[Kim P]

I am pretty confident but I need to really downplay my cockiness. The tribe seems pretty cool. Mama Kim stepped up to be leader so thats good. She seemed pretty keen on the leadership role, which I'm not sure is such a good idea. My strategy is to observe my surroundings and play based on the people around me. I think Kim P is a pretty good representation. She is all about having fun, but also keen on the game.

[Kim P]

Well it looks like we have a majority. I have to say I am in a pretty good position right now. We have a solid 5, including me, Lindsey, Linda, Mama Kim, and Frank. Even better is that if it gets down to us five, I am the swing vote between Frank and Kim, and Linda and Lindsey. So the plan is to pick off the outsiders whenever we lose. It is likely Lex or Tom will go first. They haven't made much of an effort to get to know anyone. I feel bad for Diane and Clarence. They are really nice people but unfortunately they were too late to be in the Core 5. Of course if they get to the merge with us, we will have a strong 7. Like I said Lex and Tom haven't done anything whereas Diane and Clarence seem like genuine people.

Are you 100% locked into the initial alliance that was formed on night one or are you open to the potential of forming new alliances as the game progresses? What do you see your role in the tribe being?

[Kim P]

I am completely locked in. Diane is going nutso trying to put together an alliance so she is almost definitely going first. Lex has never played an ORG before so we will probably keep him as our 6th in case we need his vote. I am pretty confident saying that I am one of the three most important in the tribe. As of right now I'm not exactly sure what my "role" in the tribe would be. I pretty much built the Core 5 and if I had to pick someone I was closest to I would say Lindsey. Frank is my least favorite of the alliance. He seems condescending and full of it. When the time comes he will be the first alliance member to go.

Kim, you mentioned Linda as the most annoying tribe member. Does that make her the most threatening? Who are the players who you think will most likely go first?

[Kim P]

I think you mean Diane and yes she could be dangerous. She is going crazy trying to put an alliance together so that is a little worrisome. Our alliance has pretty much reached a consensus that it we lose it will be her going.

Congrats on the win! Tell me, after seeing a challenge and how people perform under pressure, do your opinions of anyone change? You mentioned earlier how Frank is "full of it", is that allowable after he performed well, or is it still a bugbear for you?

[Kim P]

Well I must admit that Frank performed better than anyone last night, so I have to give hom props for that. He still kind of bugs me, and he acts like he is the leader when everyone knows he isn't. Diane is still a psycopath and I can't wait to see her owned whenever we gomto Tribal.

You mentioned being in a tight alliance with him, but what does you being annoyed with him mean for the alliance?

I can handle him for now. I don't particularly like him but I need his vote.
