Episode 01

Hello, I'm Mia Galeotalanza from Stranded in Costa Rica!

You'll be seeing a lot of me here, but you'll also see some of the other hosts, Jeff, Brenda, Carl, Penny, Kim, and Holly around as well! My main focus here will be on the Tamanaco Tribe, so talk to me! Most of us are all-stars of the series who have been through it all, so if you have any questions about how the game is played, feel free to PM us and we'll do our best to answer - that's why we are here. Other than that, our duties will basically be to interview you in your confessional here, trying to get into your head and get some insight as to why you may be making certain moves. We will also be handling challenges, tribal council, and tribal council questioning.

Each round, we'll start by asking some introductory questions, and I just want to ask that you answer in complete statements. Oftentimes, we'll turn the seasons into fanfics using these stories, and we will be actively blogging on each episode, and it's easier to do so if we have real quotes and complete thoughts as opposed to simple yes or no answers. We hope you keep up with your confessionals daily during the week as a way to vent and discuss the events of that day. Just try your best to give us insight into what you're thinking or planning as the game progresses, and right now, as we're about to embark. You'll appreciate being able to go back after the show and really see where your head was at certain points in the game, and so will your fellow cast mates!

How confident are you going into this game that you will win?

What are your opinions of your fellow tribemates?

What is your strategy and approach to the game?

How do you feel the rep of Frank fits you? Will you adjust your game to fit the rep, or just play as you would regardless?

What are your thoughts on the upcoming "leader" vote? Is this position something you find yourself interested in, or is leadership not for you? What do you make of who will eventually become leader?

[Frank]

A 5 person alliance has been formed, with myself, the Kims, Lindsey and Linda. So far I have no reason to doubt them. I do question the final 3 allegiances but these aren't really formed yet. I do wanna work primarily with Kim J based on gut instinct.

Diane seems desperate to fish for information. I am very wary of her so far. Kim J seems to like the idea of keeping her as a side alliance. Tom seems rather clueless as he failed to get in contact with a large part of the tribe.

I feel pretty confident in the start I got. These people are in for a challenge to beat me. At the moment its just the matter of beating the other tribe.

You seem like a pretty competent and confident player, who would you say are your biggest threats on the tribe? Is your plan to work with them or eliminate them?

Do you think the initial alliance of 5 formed on day 1 will hold up, or do you foresee some shifting as the game progresses? Are you completely locked into it or are you yourself open to new bonds?

[Frank]

I made sure i got the alliance mentality going. Started having conversations with the whole alliance in a group message. At the moment I'm pretty sure we are gonna take this alliance to the merge, I'm not quite sure after that. A lot can happen though.

Diane got on everyone's nerves as she is basically scrambling on day one. Some people see her as a threat, I don't. She has the social ability of a concrete brick. Lex seems absent, Tom seems in Diane's pocket and Clarence is a wildcard.

I trust Kim J so far, you gotta have that one person to confide in. My gut told me to go with Kim J at the start and so far so good. I'm not entirely convinced of her strategic ability yet, but I can help her with that.

This is very different in its dynamic than Survivor and some strategies have to be adapted. I plan on pulling some cool stunts in the future, stay tuned.

Frank, you seemed to be very upset at the pace of Kim J during that challenge. How frustrating was it, from a guy who claims to never lose, to be powerless over a challenge?

[Frank]

I get very competitive and it was very stressful to not know what was going on. Kim Is my closest ally though and the more they think I'm pissed off at her, the less attention that has on our alliance.

At the moment I'm testing out Clarence with some information to see if he leaks it. I plan on having him as a goat to the side but that depends on if he trusts me.

[Frank]

Clarence does not trust me so now I'm looking to feed them false information through me and Kim J. They do trust Kim J so they might take what she says for truth. Tee hee.

Wait wat? What false information?

You can't start a teaser thought like that and then leave us hanging!

Hey Frank! Sorry I've been MIA... (lol).

Anyways, now that you've settled in to your tribe, I'd love to see some detailed thoughts on all of your tribemates. Maybe a ranking or something?

[Frank]

I was suggesting Clarence that it might be an idea to get rid of Kim J if she doesn't use immunity. He already believed that some people wanted to burn Kim J at the stake for almost throwing the challenge, so I fed him more into that belief.

Diane, she's crazy, she tries to force social interactions and asks weird questions. I heard from Kim J that now she doesn't trust her #1 ally Big Tom that much anymore, so I told Kim J to tell her I sent her an alliance proposition that says I have Linda 100% but I think I can get Big Tom because I have a Day 1 secret alliance with him (which I don't).

At this point, the more false crap I feed them, the more disorganized they are, the easier for me to pick off stragglers as goats later on.
