Welcome Mariche, to your first Tribal Council! But don’t worry, no one is leaving us tonight.

As you are aware there is a very big decision to be made, the election of your tribes leader, or Cacique as they will be known. The Caciques will be making some very important decisions for your tribe so choose wisely.

This is going to be a very casual affair, if the tribe is unanimous we can bypass the vote all together and announce the Cacique. If not, we will head for a vote which will be due by 10.30pm Eastern (9.30pm Central).

So to get things started, is the tribe unanimous for tonight? Who has expressed interest in the position?

There's been interest announced by John, Peter, and I.

Yup. It's currently between John, Sarah and Peter.

So I guess we just vote in our confessionnal between those 3?

I'll announce it to the tribe. My vote tonight is going to Sarah unless she changes her mind.

You will all have the opportunity to vote for whoever you think should be the Cacique in your voting threads. Make sure you get them in before 10.30pm. The sooner the better.

What is everyone's thoughts on the position?

Yeah I want the position. However after having spoken to people I think it would be best for me to withdraw my name, in the interests of tribe unity I'll take my name out and back Sarah (sorry Peter, she was here first lol ;p)
