I just want to clear something up, At no point have I said "Sarah is a bad leader" I said she's not fulfilling her duties as leader and that someone, preferably her considering, could step up.

Does "not fulfilling duties" NOT make someone a bad leader?

No, it makes them an absent leader. I've yet to see Sarah do anything in a challenge so I can't say whether she could, or she couldn't. all I know is that she didn't.

Well last vote with the 'My way or the highway" method of voting for Gina when it was clear that the tribe had different ideals. A leader should adapt to whom s/he leads, not try and strongarm his/her opinions on others.

For right now a good Cacique is someone that can show up in every challenge. So if Patricia say she will show in every challenge. She'll make a good Cacique

Sean, what are your opinions on Sarah, do you share Patricia's views?

A bit of both. I think Sarah has a lot of potential as leader, and maybe we have yet to see it. We need to see it soon as we'll be down by two after this vote. But I can understand why sarah wouldnt want to giv up leader. Maybe she wants to prove herself next round, and its always nice to have immunity.

Sarah isn't doing a poor job. But I'm inclined to agree that she is not as present as she could be. Still, the game is young.
