As per the rules, it costs you nothing to pre-vote, they can always be changed throughout Tribal Council until the votes are due. You do not need to confirm pre-votes.

Question. If I write something not in quotes, then it wont be said, but if I do it will be said with the vote (just unanimously?)

That's the idea, but just to be safe, maybe keep side comments to your episode threads? We will try to limit it to just the quote things, but in the scramble of collecting and compiling votes, it could be an easy mistake for a host to make.

And yes, the comments you do want shown will be anonymous. Unless of course, you sign it or something
